Work procedure
When the project started in 2006, the first step was to find out what is needed and wanted by the users of such an e-Service.
We knew and know that there are different fields inside the e-Government topic possible to realize. That means that theoretically all administration workflow and processes can be realized as an e-Service to finally make the communication and information much more easy.
 
Considering this Municipality of Rehna had to manage the project. So the Municipality of Rehna tried from the very first to point out possible audience and to divide them in several user groups / users.
