Problems
There were some problems while setting the special characteristics of the pilot. Lack of communication and different thoughts of interfaces between organisations created some problems, but most of those were solvable afterwards. Also the fact of who is responsible of what caused some discussions. There also were some delays in time schedule, but in the end the start up delayed only few weeks from the plan.
