This web site has been created so that citizens, businesses, civil society and public actors shall have better access to information about the I-COIN project.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
i-COIN is committed to user privacy. When i-COIN is processing the personal data in protection of individuals, it´s based on Regulation (EC) N° 45/2001of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000.
Trough most of these web pages you can navigate without leaving any information about your self, but if you want access to some e-services it´s required that you leave personal information.

How we work:
We have a controller that decides the purpose of the processing of personal data for each e-service. The controller also works with:

  • What information shall be collected, for what purpose and with what technical resources. i-COIN exclusively collects personal data for fulfilling a specific purpose and the information will not be used in any way that will contradict that purpose.
  • To whom your information is handed out. i-COIN will only hand out information to a third party if it´s necessary to fulfil the purpose and to the mentioned (categories of) recipients. i-COIN will not expose your personal data for direct marketing purpose.
  • How you can access your personal data, ensure that it is accurate, and if necessary, correct it. As a data subject you also have the right to oppose to the processing of your personal data on legal compelling grounds, except when it is gathered in order to comply with a legal obligation, or is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or is to be used for a purpose for which you have given your unmistakable consent.
  • How long your data is kept. i-COIN only keep as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection or further processing.
  • What security measures is taken to protect your personal data from possible misuse or unauthorised access.
  • Whom you should contact if you have questions or complains.

i-COIN contain links to third party web pages. Since we do not have any control over them, we encourage you to check out their privacy policies.

WHAT IS E-SERVICE?
An e-service on i-COIN is a service or a channel on Internet whose purpose is to improve the communication with citizens, businesses, civil society and public actors on one hand and i-COIN on the other.

HOW WE TREAT E-MAILS
Many web pages on i-COIN have e-mail links that will activate your e-mail software so that you can contact a specific functional mailbox.

When you send an e-mail your personal data is assembled only to the amount of time we need to reply. If the persons that are responsibly for the mailbox is unable to answer your question, they will forward your message to another division that can give you the correct answer.

If you have questions about how your how e-mail and related personal data is being handled you can include them within your e-mail.

COOKIES
According to the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (Swedish law SFS 2003:389), entered into force on 25th of July 2003, all visitors of this site shall be informed that:

  • the web site contains cookies
  • what these cookies are used for
  • how cookies can be avoided
