Evaluation of Interreg IIIB BSR “I-Coin" project results is now available
"INTRODUCTIONThis is a summary of a study on how citizens and civil servants at a rural municipality understand E-services, done within the EU-funded I-coin project, at the Municipality of Svenljunga. Several texts describing in more detail our findings have been done. Our purpose with this text is, however, is to give a brief description in English of how we have analysed the interpretative patterns or frames that guide both administrators and citizens while they make sense of the confidence they have in this ICT-development. These frames are understood as constantly negotiated guidelines for how E-services can be used. It is their confidence in the municipality´s capacity to meet this development that we focus."
