Changes in the partner compilation
Association of Estonian Cities - Estonia is leaving the project. The municipality of Tamsalu will be the one that takes over the commission from Association of Estonian Cities.

New project manager i Finland
Raino Könönen is starting 061024 as the Finnish project manager. He will first read through the material that is available on the project and then take over as the person in charge of the WP2.
