Evaluation of e-government/e-services solution will be carried out in two phases and on two levels
Practical user-friendliness of the solution, evaluated by the users
Overall experience of the piloting of the e-solution, evaluated by the project

The WP lead EUCC Baltic office will co-ordinate the overall evaluation and all partners will contribute with their experience from the project. Areas such as navigation direct manipulation, interfaces, data introduction, help, data compilation, etc. will be looked at to assess the user-friendliness.

Evaluation of the results and experiences of the e-government/e-services demonstration phase form a quantitative and qualitative point of view compared with those obtained in the traditional manner of service lending with the aim to detect possible shortcomings of the system.

One of the most relevant aspects for the success of the project will be to determinate the methodology more appropriate to make all the potential users at the local level aware of the platform. This aspect will be basic to make the platform used.

Evaluation of platform will be continuous during the whole period of activity in the working groups with the purpose of obtaining a complete overview.
